Users of the influencer sponsorship program must check and comply with the influencer Sponsored Operation Policy.
We cannot help you with any damage or inconvenience caused by not knowing the operation policy.
Article 1. Basic Operation Policy
The influencer sponsorship program serviced by INFLINKER Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is operated in accordance with the following influencer sponsorship operation policy.
The Company provides seamless service in accordance with this Policy, and influencers selected for the influencer Sponsorship Program must comply with this Operating Policy.The company may change its operational policy to provide stable services. The influencer site will notify you if you change your operational policy. The company cannot help you with the inconvenience caused by not being able to check the operation policy, so please check the operation policy in advance.
Matters not included in this operation policy shall be governed by the "INFLINKER Terms of Use," "INFLINKER Privacy Policy," and other relevant laws and regulations.
Article 2. Application for influencer and compensation
influencer Sponsored Program is a sponsored platform provided by the company for members who broadcast using game content on platforms such as YouTube and Twitch.
Members 19 years of age or older who host game content broadcasts can apply for the creator qualification of games serviced by the company to participate in influencer sponsorship programs.
The company selects appropriate applicants as influencers based on internal standards and issues sponsorship codes to selected members.
However, after selection, influencer qualifications may be reviewed continuously and may be terminated depending on the results.
Re-established sponsorship points may be recalled upon termination.After ordinary members register the sponsorship code of the influencer, donations will be accumulated to the influencer when paying for the product.
However, if a general member cancels the payment of a product paid at the time of sponsorship, the amount of donations accumulated for the canceled amount will be excluded from future conversion of profits.The Company may set limits on the accumulation and conversion of reward points based on operational needs and will inform the relevant sites.

Article 3. Cancellation of obligations and qualifications of influencers
The influencer shall not violate the operation policy or notice of each game, and if caught, the influencer's qualification may be suspended or revoked. In addition, if illegal activities that violate the current laws are detected, legal action may be taken.
influencer prohibits the following activities during broadcasting and content production, and if caught, the influencer qualification may be suspended or revoked.
① Sensational acts such as sexual exposure, pornographic chats, pornographic chats for minors, etc
② Illegal gambling or copying and promoting them
③ The act of disseminating other people's personal information
④ Infringement of other people's rights, such as the distribution of other people's personal information and copyright infringement
⑤ Disclosure of activities that hinder teenagers' healthy emotions (excessive swearing, sensational attire, inappropriate remarks, etc.) and harmful items and sites for teenagers
⑥ Discrimination and demeaning of persons with disabilities/regions/religion/race/gender, etc
⑦ Other acts that violate the current laws and regulations or violate the customs and customs of society
⑧ Acts that undermine the image of the company and each gameSponsorship points accumulated before the creator's qualification is suspended or terminated can be collected in batches.
If sponsorship points are accumulated in an unfair manner, the creator himself/herself must compensate for them.
When uploading a video that exposes the sponsorship code to a platform such as YouTube or conducting a live broadcast, the influencer shall display an advertisement according to the characteristics of each media in accordance with the Fair Trade Commission's "Guidelines for Advertising Review". In the event of damage to the company in violation of this, the company may terminate the sponsorship qualification of the influencer, and the influencer shall compensate the company for all damages incurred.
