INFLINKER Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") is a platform provider that mediates advertisers and influencers (hereinafter referred to as "Members") and complies with the privacy regulations of related laws and regulations.
We collect personal information and use the collected information as follows to provide services suitable for advertisers' recruitment and marketing performance improvement, and influencers' profits improvement. All information provided by the user will not be used for any purpose other than the following purposes, and prior consent will be sought if the purpose of use is changed.

4. Utilize the personal information items company collect
The information collected for member and user services is used for the following purposes.

5. Processing and retention period of personal information
According to the Personal Information Protection Act and the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, the "Company" may terminate the contract and take necessary measures such as destroying and keeping personal information separately to protect personal information of members who have not used the service for one consecutive year. In this case, the "member" shall be notified of the expiration date of the personal information retention period and the details of the personal information measures 30 days before the action date.
In principle, personal information collected with the consent of the user is retained and used while the membership is maintained, and in principle, the information is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. However, in order to prepare for unwanted withdrawal of members due to personal information theft, etc., personal information is completely deleted in a way that cannot be reproduced after holding it for 7 days after requesting membership withdrawal. In addition, the following information will be retained for the period specified for the following reasons and will never be used for any other purpose. Information imposed by laws and regulations is also safely deleted using a method that cannot be reproduced without delay after the expiration of the period (in the case of electronic file types, technical methods to prevent recovery and reproduction).
